There are a slew of video streaming services to choose from nowadays. Although it makes economic sense to stick to just one, it’s often necessary to subscribe to more than one to keep up with your favorite series.
If you love Parks and Recreation or The Office, you’ll need to subscribe to Peacock to binge both. Want to watch The Witcher? You’ll need a Netflix subscription for that. To keep up with The Mandalorian, you can’t (legally) do that without Disney Plus. Of course, these are just a few examples of content fragmentation across streaming services.
Content may not be the only reason to cherry-pick services. Each service also offers its own pricing model, movie bouquet, and other differentiators. You may be interested in joining a particular service because it’s cheaper or offers an app for your particular platform. It may come down to the user-friendliness of its UI or the effectiveness of its customer care.
With all this in mind, we want to know from you how many streaming services you’re currently subscribed to. Note, we’re only focused on video streaming services with this poll, not music, gaming, or other digital content subscriptions.
