  • OnePlus showed off some Oxygen OS 13 features to select community members.
  • It has listed a set of follow-up actions for the new software based on community feedback.
  • The company also said that Oxygen OS 12 did not launch to a standard that met its own expectations.

At the backdrop of the recently concluded Mobile World Congress, OnePlus made it plenty clear that Oxygen OS is here to stay and will not be merging with Oppo’s Color OS to form a new “unified OS.” In fact, the company went ahead and announced the next big update to its software — Oxygen OS 13. Further to those announcements, OnePlus held an Open Ears Forum (OEF) about the upcoming version of Oxygen OS, where it provided a preview of the software to some community members. The Chinese manufacturer has now posted some details of that meet-up.
