It’s been seven years since Kate Midlton’s wedding to Prince William, and the Cambodian Duchess on important occasions continues to rely on the fashion label McQueen, whose wedding dress she wore. The Duchess of Saseks might go to her footsteps, but unlike Kate, Meghan strongly emphasizes her favorite brand, Givenchy.

A light dress just below the knee with Givenchy’s signature, Meghan dressed for her first official engagement with Queen Elizabeth, a visit to Cheshire last Thursday, according to the British media, is a sign that the followers of the British royal palace will now be able to follow this French fashion brand.

The importance of close relationships between designers and respected clients, such as members of the royal family, was spoken by the stylist of the famous Roshel White.

– A good relationship is crucial and very useful for designers, because members of the royal family have a great influence in the fashion world. People are following what they wear, so designers are very aware of how much they benefit when they appear and photograph in their clothes – says White.

White further explains how Kate remained faithful to Alexander McKinn because she found a fashion brand whose pieces of clothing flatter her figure and reflect her style, and we often have the opportunity to see her dressed in this brand at important events.

In the cloth with signature McKinnon Kate we had the opportunity to see during the Easter celebration, at the baptism of Princess Charlotte, during the tour of Australia and Canada, and more recently, for example at the wedding of Prince Harry and Meghan or at the Trooping the Color ceremony last weekend.

– When you find a designer and a style that is flattering to you, it’s very easy to continue with it. The Duchess knows what best suits her, and I think that her personal style is, “White says.

When it comes to the Duchess of Saseks, it is also expected that in her cabinet in the future, she will find pieces of clothing with the signature of Givenchy, who adorned her wedding dress.

– In Givenchy, they cultivate classics and elegance, but at the frontier of trends. I think that because of this style, it’s very appropriate for Meghan, because in this way he can keep his style without compromising royal status – says White.

During her engagement with Queen Elizabeth, Megan had Givenchy’s belt and purse with a clearly-branded logo, which is completely different from Kate’s style, which is not prone to obvious branding.

“People believe that falling to certain names and branding is an attempt to show wealth, but I do not think that’s the case with Megan,” White says, offering another option:

– She knows that all eyes are turned into her, and that could be their way of keeping in touch with her audience. It might be difficult for someone like her to prove that she has not forgotten who she is, and this could be her way of showing the world that she is still a normal woman who loves designer clothes.
